What is Return policy?

A backs your order with our Return Policy Guarantee. What this means for you is that you have our guarantee that any dispensing mistake made on our part, or if any damage has affected your order during shipping, all you have to do is let us know and we’ll offer you a full refund.

Let us know within 90 Days of your order, we’ll authorize a return, refund your money, and give you the address for a return depot and pay return postage up to $9.95 USD. After your medications are received at the original dispensary (place your order was shipped from) you will be issued a full return credit on your account.

No prescription products are restocked or resold after being returned.

All prescription returns are destroyed in compliance with FDA, Health Canada regulations and the National Association of Pharmacy Regulatory Authorities (NAPRA).
